Grange
Through
the big window, on the ground floor, you can enjoy some spectacular
sunsets. The
light open floor plan
houses
a kitchen, dining-corner and sitting room and offers direct access to
the garden and your spacious private terrace.
There
is a separate toilet and a winding staircase brings you up to the first
floor. The sitting room has satellite television, dvd- and cd player,
radio and internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with a

bedrooms and a bathroom. Again a mix of light colors has been applied. The master bedroom has a
shower room with an Italian shower, a vanity
sink and a big bed (1.80 by 2m). Next-door is a smaller
bedroom with a bed from 1.60 by 2m. Both bedrooms have doors to a
balcony with steps leading to the garden. On the landing is another big bed
(1.80 by 2 m). A second bathroom has an
Italian shower, two vanity sinks, and a toilet.
Every room has enough storage.

Le
Pigeonnier results from the partly renovation of the old farmhouse.
Because of its thick walls, you will appreciate the coolness in summer.
Through the original loopholes in the walls on the ground floor you can
admire Les Dentelles de Montmirail and Caromb. The modern kitchen and
sitting room offer you a lot of comfort. From the kitchen and the
sitting room, you have direct access to the garden and your spacious
private terrace. Downstairs is a first
separate
toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave
oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, water heater, toaster, cooker with
oven and exhaust.

original dovecote and the height of this space created the
possibility off designing a landing.
The
down space of the dovecote has an open bathroom with an Italian
shower, a vanity sink and a bed from 1.60 by 2 m. On the landing
are 2 separate beds each 0.90 by 2.m. An extra bathroom has an
Italian shower, a vanity sink and a toilet.

The
communal areas
The
garden, the swimming pool and the laundry room are for common use. In
the garden are old vine stumps for the barbecue. The swimming pool (6 by
12 m.) is open and serviced from mid April until mid October. It is a
salt-water pool, which is very comfortable for skin and eyes. |

On
the terrace, with a view over the vineyards, you can enjoy the sun on
the deckchairs.
In
the laundry are two washing machines and a dryer, which are at your
disposal every day between 2 and 5 PM. Any time you can use the iron,
ironing board and the cleaning products.

You
are free to walk around the vineyards, along the river, make a hut with
your children, or taste the grapes. In the garden you can sit under the
plane trees, play badminton, table tennis or organise a game of “jeu
de boules”. You will find a big basket with outdoor games in the
laundry room.
