In the surroundings

Real sportsmen can try to hike the Mont- Ventoux by bicycle, in the tracks of the cyclists of the Tour de France. Going down the river Sorgue by canoe is a marvellous adventure. From Beaumes the Venise you can follow the various footpaths and discover Les Dentelles de Montmirail. In Mormoiron “ Ventoux Aventure” receives young and old to hang in the trees in all safety.

For shopping, bigger supermarkets and cheaper petrol we advise you to go to Carpentras or Avignon. In Vaison la Romaine you visit its Roman remains, in Orange the Romain theatre and in Avignon you can dance on the famous bridge.

The nearest beach is in Grau du Roi, next to Montpellier, at about one and a half hour’s drive.
